Access to and use of the ph111 platform is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, together with the ph111 Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or special terms applicable to specific games, promotions, or competitions published on the platform from time to time.

Your acceptance is communicated to ph111 through any of the following actions: (a) completing the account registration process and ticking the checkbox confirming acceptance of these Terms; (b) logging into an existing ph111 account after a notice of Terms update has been displayed; or (c) using any ph111 service — including browsing game lobbies, depositing funds, or placing a wager — after these Terms have been published or updated at ph111.im/terms-conditions.

If you are accessing ph111 on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms. In all cases, the individual using the account must personally satisfy all eligibility requirements, including the minimum age requirement of 18 years.

These Terms supersede and replace any prior oral or written agreement, representation, or understanding between you and ph111 relating to the subject matter covered herein. No modification of these Terms by a Player is valid unless expressly agreed to in writing by ph111.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active ph111 account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You have not been declared legally incapacitated or restricted from entering contracts by a court of competent jurisdiction.

ph111 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any Player at any time. Acceptable documentation includes a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and may result in permanent account closure.

If ph111 determines at any point that a Player was under the age of 18 at the time of registration or during any period of account activity, ph111 will immediately close the account, void all wagers placed during the underage period, and return any net deposits made by the underage user after deducting losses and any bonuses received. ph111 will also retain the right to report the matter to appropriate authorities in Bangladesh.

Geographic Eligibility

ph111 is operated for and directed at adult players resident in Bangladesh. ph111 does not knowingly accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their participation in ph111 is lawful in their jurisdiction. ph111 accepts no responsibility for any Player who participates in breach of applicable local law.

Each Player may hold only one (1) active account on ph111 at any time. Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access or use your account. ph111 will treat all activity conducted through your account as authorised by you unless you notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

ph111 strongly recommends that Players use a strong, unique password for their ph111 account and enable any additional security features made available by the platform. Account Verification (KYC)

ph111 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to confirm Player identity, age, and payment method ownership. KYC verification may be requested at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal request, or at any other time at ph111's discretion. You agree to cooperate fully with the KYC process and to provide all documents requested within the timeframe specified.

ph111 will not process withdrawal requests from accounts that have not completed KYC verification. All documents provided during KYC are handled in accordance with ph111's Privacy Policy.

All financial transactions on ph111 are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ph111 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency. Players are responsible for any currency conversion costs imposed by their payment provider if applicable.

Deposits

Deposits are credited to your ph111 account in real time or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, and these limits may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed in the deposit section of your player account. ph111 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own charges.

ph111 only accepts deposits from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including shared family accounts — are not permitted. ph111 reserves the right to return a deposit to its source and request alternative payment documentation if the ownership of a funding source cannot be verified.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per method. Most withdrawal requests submitted during business hours are processed within five minutes of approval, though processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

ph111 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a pending KYC verification. In such cases, ph111 will notify the Player and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond before any final decision is made.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. ph111 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the platform, provided that such fees are applied consistently and in compliance with applicable consumer protection standards. Players will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied.

ph111 offers a range of bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are only available to Players who have fully verified their accounts and satisfied all eligibility criteria for the specific offer.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are wagered first unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible markets for each bonus are stated in the specific offer terms.

All bets and wagers placed on ph111 are subject to the specific rules of the market, game, or event in question, as published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between a specific game or market rule and these general Terms, the specific rule will take precedence for that game or market only.

Sports Betting

ph111 offers pre-match and live in-play betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh national team fixtures), football (including international club competitions and FIFA tournaments), kabaddi, hockey, and other sports as listed on the platform. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to the acceptance of a bet. Once a bet is accepted by the system and a confirmation reference is issued, the odds are fixed for that wager.

ph111 reserves the right to void any wager where: (a) the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being declared; (b) the odds were published in error due to a technical fault; (c) there is evidence of match-fixing or event manipulation; or (d) the bet was placed after the event's official start time and was accepted due to a platform latency error.

Casino and Live Casino Games

Casino games on ph111 — including slots, live dealer tables, and fishing arcade games — are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Habanero. The following actions are strictly prohibited on ph111. This list is illustrative rather than exhaustive:

• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one ph111 account, or assisting another person in operating an account on your behalf.
• Identity Fraud: Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration, KYC, or any other verification process.
• Bonus Abuse: Any systematic or deliberate exploitation of bonus offers, including wagering on excluded markets, using multiple accounts, or engaging in matched betting strategies designed to guarantee a risk-free return from promotional offers.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other game with a competitive element.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with casino games on ph111 without human input.

• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Knowingly taking advantage of software glitches, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions to place bets or claim winnings that would not be available under normal platform operation.

Where ph111 identifies or reasonably suspects any Prohibited Conduct, it reserves the right to: suspend the relevant account(s) immediately; withhold any pending withdrawal requests; void any bets or winnings associated with the prohibited activity; permanently close the account; and share relevant information with payment processors, game studios, or law enforcement bodies as appropriate.

ph111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or fraudulent identity or payment information.
• Engagement in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Reasonable suspicion of underage gambling.
• A Player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Legal requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Voluntary Account Closure

Any Player may request the closure of their ph111 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected] or via the live chat function. Upon processing a voluntary closure request, ph111 will return any remaining real-money balance (net of any pending bonus wagering obligations) to the Player via their verified withdrawal method. Requests for account closure are typically processed within 48 hours.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or initiated by ph111 — all pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited. ph111 will retain transaction history and KYC records for the period required under applicable data retention regulations.

ph111 provides its platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. ph111's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph111 shall not be liable for: (a) loss of winnings, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity arising from platform downtime or technical errors; (b) delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers; (c) losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials; (d) any indirect, consequential, or punulative loss of any kind; or (e) any loss arising from a Player's reliance on information displayed on the platform that was published in error.

Nothing in these Terms limits ph111's liability for death or personal injury caused by ph111's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation would be unlawful.

ph111 provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from every Player's account settings. These tools are available at no charge and include:

• Deposit Limits: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit cap. Decreases to limits take effect immediately; increases require a mandatory 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when your gaming session has reached a duration you have defined yourself.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen notifications that remind you of the time elapsed and your net gaming result during the current session.

Your continued use of the ph111 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and submit a voluntary account closure request as described in Section 9.

The version of the Terms in force at the time a dispute arises will govern that dispute. The effective date displayed at the top of this document always reflects the date on which the currently published version of these Terms entered into force.

Governing Language

These Terms are written and published in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version of these Terms and any translated version that may be produced for informational purposes, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had never been included.
